Our guiding principles

Our ultimate goal is to,
the expectations
of our customers in the long term.

Corporate policy

Download

Therefore, we have formulated and internalized the following guiding principles:

  • Quality and reliability lead to the lasting success of our company.
  • We achieve customer satisfaction through continuous improvement.
  • Sustainable innovations are the basis for maintaining competitiveness.
  • Responsibility for quality, safety, health and environmental protection.
  • Compliance with all applicable legal requirements in all areas of operation.
  • Internal and external training measures create qualified employees.

We aim to be a leader in the quality and reliability of our products and services. Our constant efforts to achieve further improvements in both the quality of our services and the conservation of resources are aimed at creating the conditions for lasting economic success.

We want to be a reliable partner for our customers. For this reason, we regularly identify and evaluate the needs and expectations of our customers through appropriate measures, with the aim of further increasing our customers' satisfaction with our products and services.

As the market leader in the manufacture of hop products, we want to further expand the quality level of our products in relation to the competition while complying with the relevant legislation. This intention is to be fulfilled in compliance with all ecological and economic aspects, in particular with regard to the requirements concerning the use of energy, energy consumption and energy efficiency. We are also committed to continuous improvement of our performance and reduction of environmental impact.

We pay special attention to requirements of the general public that are fixed in laws, regulations, safety rules and standards. On the one hand, our products should be of the highest qualitative and economic benefit to the user, and on the other hand, they should take into account compliance with all applicable legal requirements regarding energy use, energy consumption and energy efficiency.

The avoidance of errors is the principle of our quality philosophy. Error detection and elimination, as well as corresponding improvement measures, also for the protection of the environment, are goals of our efforts.

Our firm commitment is to achieve the maximum level of food safety in the products we manufacture.

The company's management sets annual company-wide targets for quality, environmental food safety (HACCP), feed and energy. At least once a year, the current status is compared with the targets, after which the targets are changed or redefined if necessary.

The corporate goals are agreed on a long-term basis with all those affected. In the target program, management specifies the persons responsible, deadlines and, if necessary, the cost framework for achieving the targets.

To fulfill these, only specially selected state-of-the-art machinery and mechanical equipment are used, and energy-efficient products and services are supported.

Our continuous improvement process contributes to the ongoing improvement of our products and services as well as environmental and energy-related performance.

Internal and external training measures create the necessary conditions for employees to receive basic and advanced training.

The main task of all supervisors is to increase the performance of their employees.
